I am in the process of picking out my BM dresses. I am struggling right now b/c there are a few dresses I like over $200 but feel its unfair to ask this of my BM's. I feel bad making them pay for something they are only going to wear once and could, including alt & shoes, cost them over $300.
What price range are you sticking to?

my BM dresses are $135 from David's Bridal as well. I didn't want them to spend a lot either and the fact that they will exchange sizes or styles very easily was a plus. 2 of my BM's might end up being pregnant by the time my wedding rolls around so i had to fins an alternate dress as well.

Mine came out to about 145 after tax from David's Bridal.

The dress was $135 without tax. I am trying to keep it as low as possible for them, because I know what it feels like to have to buy a ridiculously expensive bridesmaid dress.

I am letting my girls pick out dresses that make them feel comfortable, but so whatever price range they pick is up to them. My only request is that its Tiffany Blue tea length.
