BM Dress Dilemma...

Although my wedding is still a year away, I've found 'THE' BM's dress. My MOH came with me yesterday and tried it on and it looked gorgeous, we both loved it SO much as did the other BM's who have seen a pic. But, it doesn't come in chocolate which is what we wanted (to stick with my autumn theme) so the next darkest shade they had was Champagne which I liked but MOH is fair skinned, blonde hair, blue eyed Irish and the color isn't the best shade for her. She's so awesome, she said it's your wedding, I'll whatever you want me to. Any suggestions from you ladies? Should I abandon the dress? or hope that once her hair is done up as well as her make-up and she's got colorful bouquet it will all be fine???
