I found theses love corest for my medieval wedding. They would be perfect for my BM, but they are $200! And an extra $25 for woman who are X-large, three of my BM might need to go for the X-large. But I really love them, what should I do! I dont want my girls spending a fortune for their dresses! I just really really love theses corests.

Re: BM dress question
Have you talked to them about the cost? If that is the only thing that you are asking them to buy, then $200 is not too much money. If this is on top of another dress, then you might have to foot the bill for it if it's something you really want.

Re: BM dress question
I did plan on making their dresses. They would only have to buy the faberic. I just really love theses corests. I have to get my girls up here to see them. Maybe my two maids of honors should just wear them?

I like that idea, having your 2 MOHs wear them. It will set them apart, which is something usually done anyway!

I love corsets, I had one made to the back of my MOH dress for my sister's wedding. It came out great !!!!
Go for it

Re: BM dress question
I think you should talk to your bridesmaids...$200 is a lot of money especially if they have to buy material on top of that. A lot of designers make BM dresses that have that corset style to them...maybe you can do that so you have the look you want but your BMs don't have to end up spending too much $$.

No this is very different than the typical pattern. I think I'll just have the MOH wear them. And fabric is a LOT cheaper than buying a dress and told them they can pick out what type of shoes they want and accessories how they feel. I'm not making them go out and wear a perfect uniform.
