The dress that I fell in love with for my BMs is strapless, unfortunately one of my BMs has HUGE boobs. The question is do I pick another dress or have her try it on and risk embarrassing her? What to do? I really like this dress.

What about having straps added to the dress? It's super easy for a seamstress to do.

IF you really like that dress, get that dress. They will order the dress according to her size anyway, so the boobs wont be a problem.

No, I don't think it would look silly - especially since your BM will most likely feel comfortable and she will exude that....instead of fidgeting with her top all night. But I like the look of different dresses on each of them - they're all different people, with different body types - why not flatter them especially if it's the same color & material?
