ok, so recently i have been thinking of changing my BM dresses to a tea length. i think it looks really nice, it will also be hot and they have a better chance to wear again. also, my one BM who i was concerned about being uncomfortable and self conscoius in a starpless short dress bc of weight issues is having the bypass this summer. BUT this brings me to a new concern. my MOH (sister) has a huge tattoo on the side of her left leg. it goes from her knee to her ankle. its not completely covered but it is tattooed A LOT. she also has another tattoo on the back of her right calf. the tattoos themself are not ofensive at all (hearts, stars, and flowers) so my question is will it look bad or shall i say trashy if there are in short dresses and her tattoo is shwing?? or should i go for the same exact dress but long?? sorry so long.
the dress will be in the euro celdaon/eur ivory combo
also, opinions on the dresses too....PLEASE!!!
Thanks soooo much!!!

Personally I like the long dress more. It is just mor eelegant and in my opinion much more formal. I would only do a tea length dress if I were to havea n outdoor wedding ( ceremony) . I hope this helped...

Re: BM dress : UPDATED!!
i went to go see both of the dresses tonight with one of my BM. i actually loved the long dress more. It was soo elegant and classy and the train in the back was stunning. The short dress was nice but gave you an awkward triangle shape. i really liked the long one and so did my BM. my sis also brought up the fact of her tattoo when i mentioned the dress. i think the long will look more appropraite and nice. Thanks for the advice ladies!!

Re: BM dress : UPDATED!!
The short dress is actually one of the choices for my BMs as well. My sister is the only 'overweight' BM that I have and she feels more comfortable in a floor length dress..... (I'm overweight too...but I have height....shes short and feel that she will look short and stubby)....what i'm doing, since she's my MOH, if I go with this dress, the girls will have the Tea Length, my sister will have the floor length. That will be the difference to make the MOH stick out a little bit..... Just a suggestion....good luck!!

I like the dress. As a matter of fact, I looked at it for my BP. There is one downside too it...
The fabric is really heavy! As a matter of fact I think it's part of the Fall/Winter collection.
Sorry to give you this news.

I really love both dresses...what you can do is have your MOH in the longer one and the BMs in the tea length since the dresses compliemt each other and it solves her tattoo issue as well, if its a concern to you.

I actually love both dresses. The longer one I had my girls try on, but one of my BM's did not like it.
I would go with either one. The long one is a little more formal, but since you are getting married in the summer you can do the shorter one.
Good luck!!

Re: BM dress : UPDATED!!
What if you mixed them up, and had some in long and some in short?
