bm gift question

So I am thinking of paying for my girls manicure's and pedicure's and their makeup for the day of.

It will end up being about $100 per girl...

So my questions are
Do I include $ for them to tip, or should they tip on their own?
and
Being that I am paying for these day of beauty necessities, is it weird that I am not buying them DOJ? That will mean they will have to either get their own DOJ or wear something they have and it all wont match....

What are your thoughts on all of this???

I think that if you are paying for them than I think you should also tip - JMO. For lack of a better example, it's like buying a kid a toy and telling them they have to buy the batteries (not exactly the analogy I would have wanted to use but I'm tired and sick so I'm not making much sense today LOL).

And I don't think it's weird at all to not get DOJ. Every wedding party I have been in where I didn't get the DOJ as a gift, I just purchased my own or wore something I already had and it was just fine.

I thought i should add the tip, but wanted someone else's opinion! And all my close friends are in my BP so i couldnt ask them!

I definitely agree with all of these! If you're going to get their mani/pedi- even though that's so nice of you and I'm sure they will be so thankful- it just would make the most sense to do tipping too. IMO

I am not getting my BM DOJ, only my matron and maid of honor. I just told everyone to try and wear silver, I'm sure it will look great no matter what jewelry they wear =)

well most of it will be for the makeup cost for the bm's. The mani/pedi's, being that there will be 9 of us total, Im going to talk to the owner of the nail salon ive been going to for years and the owner is going to work with me!
It may be more like $115 each girl, give or take!
