BM Gifts- what to get the girl who has everything?

Two of my BM I am planning to give Tiffany bracelets or earrings , but the third BM already HAS all the Tiffany things I would be able to afford, yes all of them. Plus if she has lots of T stuff already, it wouldnt be so special, it would be like 'oh wow, this is the last Tiffany thing I dont have yet'

So any ideas of what i can get a girl who already has lots of ritsy stuff??

Would it be wierd if I give the other 2 Tiffany things and her something totally different, like a spa treatment? I dont want any of them to think the other gift was 'better'

I sort of have the same predicament. My MOH has EVERYTHING and expensive taste to boot!! Some ideas would be great!!

A gift I have been giving a lot of lately is a throw and robe from a company called Barefoot Dreams (no financial interest) -- I get them at www.whatshebuys.com but there are others. So luxurious and cozy-I have two and everyone I have given this LOVES.
