Try Here Comes the Bridemaid or Designers Loft.

I second Here Comes the Bridesmaid but you HAVE to make an appt. They get really crowded. They are great there and have so many dresses to choose from.

I also recommend them. I went twice there it wasn't crowded at all, but I guess it depends on the day and time. I went on a Thursday at 5:30; it got crowded after we left and then on a Wednesday at 4:30 and there were only 2 other girls there.

Re: BM stores in the city HELP

I actually went to Here Comes the Bridesmaid on a Saturday with NO appointment (I had called but none were available). I went in anyways and was really really nice and the owner (I think)let me look around. I didn't see anything that screamed out to me so it was good that I checked it out instead of waiting for an appointment.

May be worth a try
