Some of my dresses are going to be the blue color, so of course I'm partial (the rest will be sage), but the Merlot is beautiful for a fall wedding...although is Labor Day Sunday fall or summer? Either way, both lovely colors!

I have no idea I'm so lost!! I feel the blue is more summery whihc I think meshes well with the beginning of Sept...and I wanted to incorporate yellow in some way without being a dress color so yellow flowers with the blue seems nice

i think the yellow also works with the merlot right??? so that doesnt really help
you said you were going to shop for dresses soon...so when you see the colors and fabrics in person it will help you to make a decision

i love the merlot! im partial though cuz im using that as one of my wedding colors! september can really go either way - fall or summer colors.... its really up to you, i do like both though

your wedding is so early in sept that i voted for the blue because it is still so close to the summer esp if your wedding is labor day weekend
