Bo-k's

Well, I've tried all sorts of florists around the ara and Im am justnot willing to pay that kind of money for something I know that I could put together. I am going to choose a website and do my girls' bo-ks...i think it will be a great way to save $$. I am going to buy the flowers in abundance from, i think, flowerfarmstago.com.

This is my BM dress...question is what bo-k should I use and try to do myself.

Well...so sorry about the trouble, I suck at this. Mine is like the ivory one but in color!! Burgandy everything.

First that is one of my favorite dresses at Davids Bridal.. I think the cala and roses mix would look reall pretty with that.

Thank you!! I love the dress and thought it was very Septemberish. lol. I love the color and the style and my dress is a dark shade of ivory. It goes great with the dress. I like the rose and calla lilly idea too!

I have 7 bridesmaids. Money is a little bit of an obstical. I just don't want to pay what a floist wants me to pay...other than that Im fine. This is why I optted to make my own.

I have 7 bridesmaids too and am not doing floral centerpieces, just bok's and bouts. I got a really good deal from National Floral...if you want details FM me.

I love the color of your dresses. I would do any of the following for your bok's

1. black magic roses with cream or white roses

2. black magic roses with white calla lillies

3. cream roses with burgundy calla lillies

4. any red color flowers with white stephanoitis

i know i didnt want to spend a lot of $$ on flowers and i know i dont have a lot to spend lol. but i did my research and i am getting my bo-k and 6 bm bo-k's and 7 bouts, 3 corsages, and 2 presentation roses, flower petals...for less than $500 and if i didnt go all out on my bo-k that price would be even lower. just remember that while you might save some $$ by putting the bo-k's together yourself, you will have to dedicate time right before your big day to do this, and this WILL be a very busy and stressfull time already! its too bad its not a project you can do ahead of time. good luck! ~lacey

I think the calla lilly bo-ks are very easy to make yourself...so if you decide to go that route, do it yourself...it'll save you tons of $$$$$...
