Booked with Duet.?

So we booked with DUET photography we are using Sam.. Any one ever use her??
Although they worked with me on price after signing (manily cause i was so excitied) i relized that ThankYou cards were NOT included!!! HOw is that even possable i just figured that ever photographer would have them included,,, So i called back and spoke to about 3 differnt ppl then finally got some guy who i had to get loud with b,c he said 'oh no we dont do that' and after sayin then I want to cancell becase i NEEd thank yous, i finally got 80 of them out of him.... I want to go down there tomaorw n make them print me a new copy of my contract with the thank yous on in so i have it in writting....
So as much as i am happy i am kinda having a some second thoughts on this... Some one help me im going crazy on what to do now....

I wouldn't worry ... We booked with them too...
The photographer we booked.. is taking a medical leave of absence this month - until next year!!!! We are using Danny because we had to pick a new photographer we are getting our large photo framed by them.... and we are also getting our wedding video filled in wide screen.

Hi - I used Duet and couldn't be happier. When I asked about thank you cards Eric took out a thank you card they made, and one made on Shutterfly, and told me that the ones on Shutterfly are much cheaper -- and they looked the same! Since when you use Duet you own ALL of your proofs (and I have DVDs of about 2,500 of them!) you can do whatever you want with them, so if you are creative you can take all the time you want and make an awesome design and get them printed wherever you want too.

We went the Shutterfly route and they came out great.

I made sure that was included cause I didnt want to deal.
