I'd like to book our Vegas getaway today. I was using Travel Tom to sort out the arrangements but he's so busy that it's been tough to get in touch with him. I'd like to make the arrangements on my own now. What are your suggestions for where to book through? Any sites that you guys like and use to book your getaways?

Edited for update: OK, after all of that - NO MORE VEGAS! I realized for, how much it's going to cost me just to get there and stay there (not to mention food, gambling, entertainment, etc...) I decided to save that for a time when it makes more sense financially. instead, i'm taking him to Cancun for an all inclusive 4 night getaway. Thank you for all your help ladies. I'm going to take all the recommendations into consideration when we do finally get to Vegas!!

I stayed at the Sheraton in Cancun and it was really nice...it was also pretty close to downtown.
just a hint...don't take the scary bus around town by yourself!

hehe good tip! we went there last year and LOVEDDDD it. we stayed at Dreams Cancun resort and spa and didn't leave the general area (except to see ruins and Xel Ha). it was soooo fun that i thought it would be nice to go back
