I'm posting early today bc I don't wanna keep u ladies waiting like last night! Also, I'm starting to think of who I am going to pick as the 2nd 2013 BOTW... I already have a few names in mind! (I take bribes in the form of chocolate & wine hehehe)
If you and FH are planning on having a family, how many children do you want and how long after you get married do u want to start?
FH and I want at least 2 children - I want a girl first and he wants a boy first, but to be honest I dont care if it is a boy or girl as long as he or she is healthy! However, if we only have boys, I will keep trying until we have a girl - he says the same about if we have only girls! We would like to wait a year or two so we can enjoy being married and travel, just the 2 of us... I do not know if that will actually happen tho bc we both love kids and talk about having a family of our own all the time!

Once we got engaged, the first question we received was 'When are you having kids?' LOL. Everyone skipped the wedding and went straight to kids.
FH and I are undecided. One day we want kids, the next day we don't. If we do have kids, I want to wait a few years so we can be established as a couple. I can only picture us with 2 kids max. I have 3 siblings, so growing up as 1 of 4 was crazy at times.

I want 3 (even though everyone tells me 'middle child' stories). I only have one sibling and I wish I had more. I want to have a boy first because FH wants one so bad; he always brings up that he cant wait to play sports with his boys. I want to wait 2 years before starting to try but am concerned it might be hard for me to conceive.

I completely understand.... Thats why I don't know if I'm actually gonna wait 2 years bc my doctor said it might be hard for me to conceive.

FH and I def want kids. Prob 2 or 3. We both really want a boy! 1 boy and 1 girl would be perfect or 2 boys, 1 girl. He wants to knock me up NOW lol so he wants to start trying as soon as we are married. Id rather wait a while BUT I will be almost 32 when we get married so I feel I need to start asap.
As much as I want kids I am sooo not looking fwd to actually being prego. I wish that story about the stork was true so it could bring our babies to us.

We want two kids. Hopefully a boy and a girl. Somedays I want twins to get it over with all at once... hahaha
I'm getting nervous because I will be 30 when we get married, but I/we definitely want a few years of being married before even thinking about starting a family.

I have a son already and he is 6 but we want 3 more. I am going to stay home and since we have a 6 bedroom we will convert the downstairs 3 bedrooms and living room and kicthen into a full running day care and I will work from home. I love DH for supporting me on this idea and I love that I will be able to stay home with the kiddies!

This one is easy for me! LOL! We already have a 2 year old son together and want SO badly for him to have a brother/sister as soon as possible. We both want 3 children (as we are both the oldest of 3). Id love to have a girl, and will probably keep trying till we have a girl (my dad keeps telling me Im going to have all boys!!!) We will start trying a month before the wedding to concieve. We really are so excited for another and cant wait

Dont listen to the horror stories!! I LOVED being pregnant! It was one of the greatest times of my life... and the actually birth was not the nightmare that I was expecting! I did it with no medication and I am the BIGGEST baby.. I cry when I have to get a shot Youll love it!!!

If my FMIL had her way, I'd already have a baby! She keeps telling people that we are going to have a 'honeymoon baby', we'll see lol. I want to wait about 6 months after the wedding to start trying, but I know FH would love to start the night of the wedding. I want 3, he wants 2, so we'll see who wins that one

I want five--he wants four..I guess we will see where we end up. I want to start having kids once we get married--I've always dreamed of trying on the honeymoon but I don't think that idea is the most financially sound so we will probably wait two or three years before we start trying.

I can deal with the birth.. its the 9 months of being prego that I'm dreading. Morning sickness, gaining weight, big ol belly, stretch marks, swollen feet, being uncomfortable, the list goes on... lol I mean don't get me wrong, I'm sure I'll love feeling my baby grow inside of me and when I feel the 1st kick but if that stork existed I'd so be on it!! lol.. I tell FH that he should carry the baby and I'll push it out.. I wish

We want like 2 or 3 children. At least 1 girl is a necessity. I think I am honestly going to let fate take its way. I'm younger, so I can stand to wait 2 years after our wedding. (I'll be turning 24 when we get married and FH will be turning 27) Ideally, we would start trying 2 years after the wedding, but who knows? Fate may have other plans for us

I really don't know! At this point I'm content with just having dogs.... I can't see my future childless though, but I'm sooooo not in that mindset and I get anxiety at the thought of babies. Maybe we will have one, eventually
Teaching really ruined this area! I used to want 4!!! Meanwhile FH never wanted kids til he became an uncle.

I wanted 4 growing up but teaching made me realize two will be enough. I would love twins but gender doesn't matter, I think we will have boys though. My FH and I talk about waiting about two years or so because we arent going to be living together before we get married we want time just us but honestly whatever happens happens and I will see it as a blessing.
