Bouquet after wedding
I'm not sure what to do with my bouquet. I put it in a vase after the wedding and then left for our honeymoon. Of course when we got back it was dried up. I just can't bring myself to toss it, but I also have no clue how I can display it nicely. Any suggestions?

Re: Bouquet after wedding
is it completely dry? can you press any portion of it in a book and then pin it into a frame?

I am saving my flowers to put into an ornament to hang at Christmas time.... I was going to take the dried flowers, the ribbon and the cork from our champagne and buy glass ornaments to fill them withI figured that making a few ornaments would be a good idea incase one breaks..I found the idea on Pinterest !!

I just never thought about it prior to the day of the wedding. I was kind of whatever about my boK. I gave my florist a picture and was like 'eh, do something like this. i really don't care' but the day of they were soooo beautiful i was obsessed. They're sitting on my kitchen counter in an empty vase now.

I might find out what it costs to get it preserved. Although I think the Christmas ornament idea is so cute!

Anyone know of a place that freeze dries it? They look just like new when they are dried that way and can be displayed nicely.
I'm trying to find a place too if anyone knows of one...

Re: Bouquet after wedding
butrfly1rm - I am a florist - the price varies greatly depending on exactly what you want. There are many different size shadow boxes, style of frames, etc. It is best to speak with your florist to see if they offer this service. If not give me a call and I can help you out.

My sister in law had hers frozen which took about 1 month and put in a 3d glass case with my brother's BOOT. and their invitation. She said that the sooner you get it to them, the better the outcome is. She said it was about $200 to do. Not sure if that's the going rate.
