Bouquet Color?

Bouquet Color?

As of now, I have ordered my bouquet to be full of white roses and stephanotis.
However, I am doubting myself, once again.

Wont that look blahhhh next to a white dress?


P.s. The girls are wearing periwinkle and carrying white roses mixed with blue hydrangea.

Ideas? Suggestions?

I'm a big fan of the contrast you get with a dark, rich brides bouquet and white BM's bouquets. Personally, I also prefer monochrome. If I had your colors, I'd pick a deep blue bouquet and give the BM's a light blue or white.

My bouquet will be all pink calla lilies. I wanted to have some color against my white dress. My girls are wearing Turquoise dresses and will be carrying white callas.

In my post above, the top is lavender roses, astillbe, and agapnathus, and the second one is light orange roses, blue delphinium, hydrangea and iris.

The one below is sweet pea.

I'm having the exact same bouquet. White roses and stephanotis. My dress has a lot of detail and beading and I didn't want a bouquet that would compete with the dress. If you have a more simple dress then a colorful bouquet can punch it up.

My SIL had the same flowers in her bouquet......I wasn't with FH when she got married but the flowers looked great with her dress

She also dried and preserved the bouquet.

Waht if your girls carried pale pink roses with the blue hydrangea, and you carried the white roses, white stephanotis with blue hydrangea ?
I like color against a white dress, otherwise I feel the flowers sort of disappear.
Or, you could frame your bo-k in green to highlight the white flowers.

IMO, i love the look of bright or dark flowers against a white dress. stick with roses if you love them, but i would defintily do a colored rose. plus, the stephanotis will stand out much more that way!

Hmm let me see if I can find that martha stewart one-its BEAUTIFUL but Im nto sure if all the flowers are in season. You could easily incorporate pink roses in here if you really want them and hydrangea.

I'm a fan of color myself...since my girls are wearing red, I am going to be carrying an all-red rose bo-k. The girls are going to be more mixed with white and Christmas greens. Go for some color!

My only hesitation against having a bo-k all one color is that it can look like a a big blob of the color in your pics.
You could have maybe some small blue flowers mixed in just to cut up the white a little?

I think it will be fine. I am doing an all white boquet also. They come really nice in pictures.

maybe i can add some light blue in to break up the white.
