Hi Ladies,

I need your opinion. The colors for my wedding are purple and silver. I have a very small bridal party just a Matron of Honor and Maid of Honor. The groomsmen will be wearing a purple vest and matching tie and the father of bride and groom will be waering a silver vest and silver tie. Since we are getting married a few days after the New Year my FH and I were thinking about having it to be a black tie preferred (still undecisive about it) The question I have for you ladies, should the guys do a bow tie or regular ties? I love the classic tux look but I know now a days I have seen it with a tie.

We are do Black Tie Optional and all of the bridal party in bow ties

I am just concerned with the look since the bow ties are going to be the same color as the vest = /

I think the bow ties are adorable but with the different color bow ties I think it would look like polka dots

we are def doing bow ties there's no negotiations LOL and suspenders because I love how it looks.

I personally think I am just over thinking it. Usually the guys are so easy to dress. Now I am second guessing everything =(
