Re: Boy names..........

Oh boy I think this topic caused many heated conversations for FH and I. It started way back before we even got enaged. We over a heard a lady on the train saying that if she had a boy she wanted to name him Cash and if a girl Penny! Who does that?

WE finially decided on
Boy: Kyle Matthew

Girl, well we decided on Alexis or Alexa (I get to pick the middle name, undecided) anyway his good friends just had a baby girl and named her Alexis Lauren meanwhile FH's best friend and fiance also liked teh name Alexis adn wanted to name their unborn girl Alexis Laura....It's crazy!!!

The only thing with having the first name aidan is that my future last name is VERY irish sounding it is an O' name. Meanwhile, we are raising our children jewish so little Aidan O'Donnell* will be very confused going off to hebrew school
* names have been changed to protect the innocent

Jess- Aidan is an irish name, but it DOES mean life in hebrew (i think)

My Aidan (who is almost 7) is 1/2 jewish... though he is being raised catholic.

Re: Boy names..........

we actually debate about this a lot. it even became a topic on easter amongst 4 friends of ours. that was a funny 2 hours.

i like Panagiotis (Peter)
and Vasiliki (Vicky)

but it's still debatable.

we originally wanted to use Vasili (Billy) FH's dad's name but FH's brother beat us to it.
we also wanted to use Apostoli (Toli for short) my dad's name, but my sister named her son that.
then we thought to use FH's mom's name Alexandra for a boy Alexander, but my sis has that name taken too.

:bang
