Okay, basically in my BP everyone's significant other cannot drive, so I offered to let them go in the limos after the ceremony to the reception (witch required me getting an extra limo), but I feel this was a mistake because:
#1 They will have to sit threw the one hour (pre- cocktail hour) of pics w/ nothing to do.
#2 I have to pay for a limo to get them back home at the end.
I don't know what else I can do since about 75% of them either don't drive OR don't have a car.....
And I definitely want my BP in the limos to ensure they get there on time, even though one of them is refusing.....
Does tthis even make sense?

no, I don't think you should supply transportation for their dates. Let them figure out how to get to the wedding. Let them get there own limo or taxi.

It shouldn't be your responsibility to get your BP's guest to and from the wedding and or the reception. Now does this mean you have to arrange for them to get home from the reception as well. JMO, but I think you have enough to worry about, then other people's transportation. If I were you, I would just tell your BP that it is not your responsibility for their guest and you WANT them (BP) in the limo with you, because you don't want everybody going off in different directions and that you want everyone together for pictures.
You are definitely a better person then I am. I would have just tell them all that I have enough to worry about. That they have enough time to make other arraignments for their own transportation.
Or you can suggest that they can all chip in together and get their own limo. Not for you to pay anything more then you have to.

I agree with the other girls!! You've got so much on your mind for that day and so much to pay for that your BP's dates are the last thing to be thinking of. They should all be adults and figure something out, not rely on you to take care of things for them. Geesh, aren't you doing enough already??

I agree with the other girls. It's really not your responsibility to provide them with an extra limo. Can the hire one themselves? Or take a taxi? Maybe even hitch a ride with someone else?

i think you are being too nice. its not your problem to transport dates. now you have all these other stresses to add - and not to mention your now adding cost (since you had to get the extra limo @ the end)
is it possible to retract your offer? what if you fibbed and said you cannot get another limo because of your contract, money situation, or whatever else you can think of?? i thinks its very aggrevating for you...

I think we all agree, but I think you have less stress if you know they will get there somehow. So do whatever you have to do to make you happy. Even though they SHOULD have their own transportion. How old r they that they don't drive????

Okay, my MOH married this guy from spain (early 30's) and apparently, there is no reason for him to drive there. My BM lives in Manhattan w/ her bf and they don't have a car.... i don't know if he drives (she's the one who doesn't want to go in the limo at all). His best man's g/f is affraid to drive (28). so thoose are the 3.... so I guess it's only them, because we have 8, and I think all their significant others (if they have any) can drive.

If you've already ordered the limo, ask your BP to pay for their date's ride. They either a) will because they would have to pay for it anyways or b) get the money from their dates since their dates would be paying for it anyways.
Oh and get a black limo to save money, or maybe consider a van.
