i don't normally complain but this just bugs me. my BP is uneven. we have one less groomsman, so i'm having my younger sis and cuz walk with the one GM their age. i don't see this as a problem. my mother is trying to get me to add 1 more guy to the BP so that it's even. her whole reason for this is that when it comes time for the dancing, they won't be able to because it's uneven. i told her that the bridal party isn't gonna dance together. me and FH are gonna have our first dance and that's it. the BP isn't gonna dance with us or after us. not to mention the wedding is in a month and NOW she thinks of this? am i being impossible?

No you are not this is your wedding so you do it the way you want do not alter something to satisfy someone else if its gonna stress you out don't do it

We're not having the BP dance together... personally I feel that it makes everyone uncomfortable, esp if their significant other is in attendance! FH and I are going to dance for the first couple of minutes and then invite all other couples to join us.

You are not being unreasonable or impossible. It is your wedding and you should do as you want. I feel your pain though- My BP is uneven and everyone is trying to get FH to add someone because of the dances but we figured out a way to do it.
We are having my sisters husband (who is not in the BP) come out and dance with her and the others will all be paired up.
