Bra or Cups?

Bra or Cups?

First my seamstress said she'd do cups. Now she's saying bra. Cups would be included in flat fee. Bra is $75. Think she's pulling a fast one?

Is there a better way to go? Does it depend on the dress and/or your ta tas?

I did cups, they were very comfortable in my dress and didn't bother me at all

I'm doing cups. I hate strapless bras.
