Re: brazilian keratin treatment
I had this done about a year ago. I have super super thick and curly hair. It took about 3 and a half hours to do and you can not wash your hair for 3 to 4 days after is done. I would recommend it. The place I got it done uses a formula with only 0.2 formaldehyde which is one of the lowest on the markets. Check them out at Lasiostudios.com.

Re: brazilian keratin treatment
I just did two lastnight. My fiance owns a hair salon, and they do them all the time. I am not going to lie, it is pretty pricey, but is the best product by far. I am a hairdresser also, but on the side. I do them at home for more than half the price. If interested, FM me, I can give you any info you need.

Re: brazilian keratin treatment
I have had it done a few time and 2 different types. THe first was the kind where you can't wash it for 4 days and need to use special shampoo. THe other you cant wash it right away and can use any shampoo.
THe wash right away one I felt lasted longer and did a better job. I haven't found a place on LI that does the 2nd type. I had it done in the city. Both were $$$
