I breast fed my son for 3 months and I wish I had done it longer. THE BREAST IS BEST!!!

Yes, like Becki said it's good for the baby and it helps build an strong attachment.

Re: Breast Feeding?
So funny FH just texted me yesterday and asked me to find out what my maternity leave is at my job.... We aren't planning on having kids until 4-5 years.... So weird.. Maybe something was in the air, HA!!
Editted for spelling...

Re: Breast Feeding?
As long as I am not on any crazy meds that I can pass onto my baby, I am totally gonna do it. I hear you burn madddd calories with it!

Re: Breast Feeding?
probably not. Everyone says its good for the baby blah blah blah but my mom never breast fed me or my sister and we turned out fine. My aunt breast fed my cousins and they were always sick. My friend who just had a baby went to the class about it and walked out and said Hellz to the No
But girls who plan on it please dont be my Aunt and just whip out your boob whenever. She has done this on a few occassions when my cousin(male) and cousins FH were in the room. So uncomfortable but then again her mom claims to have breast fed her till she was 2

Re: Breast Feeding?
NO WAY!!!! I give credit to women who do but I can't. How do you go from your FH sucking on your boobs then your baby and when that is over with, you can't let your husband latch back on....that is way too weird.
I will bond with my baby in other ways but my boobies are MINE!!!!!!

Re: Breast Feeding?
Part of me wants to, part of me doesn't want to be bothered. It's no concern of FH's so I suppose we'll see which half wins out when the time comes!
