Re: BRIDAL BINDERS?
I downloaded a microsoft office onenote template that had everything I would need. Here's the one I used.but they have a lot of other ones you can search through.
I bought my own binder with tabs, folders, etc. I wound up getting a binder as a gift. the binder I replaced my binder with this one which also had it's own organizing/planning information that could be used. I also received the tote bag as a gift. I'm very organized...at least that's what FH keeps telling everyone.

Re: BRIDAL BINDERS?
I bought 'the ultimate wedding planning kit' from borders, it's a plastic box with a carry case that has a book, as well as 10 or so tabbed folders, for reception, ceremony, music, etc. I bought an expanding file from office max, and just put the folders from the kit in each pocket to organize my contracts and stuff. If I could pass along my advice, don't waste your money on the books or kits with books. They're written for middle america, so the rules don't apply to long island weddings, and you really don't need that if you're on this site.

I have a plastic folder thing that has differnt pockets with labels on it. I got it from staples a year ago for like 3 dollars. Its good bc I put the pictures and contracts in the app. slot.

Re: BRIDAL BINDERS?
my mom and her friend made me one with a regular white binder and tons of clear plastic dividers and tabs. she went to michaels and got tons of wedding related decals and little decorations and made about 20 sections (dress, hall music etc) then put a contact info sheet in each section. she also put the list of things to do etc. it was sooo o nice!

Re: BRIDAL BINDERS?
I have one that my MOH/sister made on her own. What's good about her binder is I get so much junk mail and email. So I place it in the respective sections in her binder.I also bought one at barnes and noble and then RH gave me one when I signed the contract. It's pretty much the same book. This book is helpful cuz it has useful questions for each vendor.

they sell different wedding binders all set up for you at Michael's. They are cheaper there also. I bought one and it's been helpful in keeping everything organized.

Re: BRIDAL BINDERS?
i bought one from Barnes and Noble but i dont like it. it has sheets with budget info you can fill out but theres so much that doesnt apply and the folders dont hold the stuff i want and the guestlist sheets arent set up how i like either.i ended up buying a large binder from staples and making my own with tabs. i have an excel sheet with a few different tabs for everything so i can always see everything in one spot but then i also print out these sheets and file them in the book. i also put all my contracts and payment info etc in the binder with their corresponding tabs. its so much easier because you can set it up accoridng to what works for you
