I can't say anything about Bridal Elegance but I went to Village Bridal when FSIL was dress shopping for her wedding and they were all so nice there and really helped her out a lot. They also have a big selection of dresses in the store.

I bought my dress at village. They are so sweet and accommodating. Plus if you show them your diamond card you get 10% off. They also gave me a free hair and make-up trial at their salon.
I bought my gown from Bridal Elegance and so far they have been good. Gave me a pretty good price for my gown as compared to another salon in the city. On thing is they capped my gown alterations at $400 which I think is a lot of money.

Village Bridal was the first place I went too...they are very nice there and have so many gowns! I especially liked that they had a room for MOTB and bridesmaids....one stop shopping lol!
I went to village bridal and liked it, but didn't order my dress through them. My major complaint with them is they paid zero attention to my budget. They were putting dresses in my dressing room for over 3k more than what I told them was my budget. I thought that was rude.
