Re: Bridal Gown Shops
I totally agree about Kelly's. She used to have a store on 86th street and one day she filed for Chapter 7 and just closed up shop. There were brides looking for their gowns and they had nothing. Then a few years later she opened up Kelly's Creations (she used a different name then the first store).
I love Valentina's for all reasons that Withthisring mentioned. Danielle is my salesgirl and she is wonderful. Everytime I went there they always made me feel like the most important person in the shop at that time. The first time I went, I had just missed seeing Withthisring. I was leaving and my FI had seen her and her parents walk into Valentina's. Did does not matter, like I am not going to see her dress that day anyway.

Re: Bridal Gown Shops
Please get your facts straight before you slander people. Kelly from Kelly's Kreations DID NOT OWN the store on 86th Street (called I DO, I DO). She was an employee there and a designer while she was going to FIT for her degree. The couple that owned the place (who lived in Staten Island) one day just took off. They're the ones that filed for Chapter 7, not Kelly. When they closed down, she opened Kelly's Kreations. They are not bad, you just have to tell them your wedding is a month before it really is.
