FH has never been married before and he has 6 guys he wants in the bridal party... I really didnt want a HUGE bridal party at all but i need to do this for him!
Our small wedding has turned into my big fat italian wedding LOL
Is it possible to get away with 6 guys, but only 4 girls??? I just want my sis, his sis, his cousin and my niece (who's only gonna be 15)
He has 6 guys!
I know this may sound silly but I feel that asking people to be in a bridal party is a huge thing, and i dont want people feeling obligated to spend the money to be in my wedding....
Ahhh what to do??!

can 2 of the guys be ushers, but still be in the pics? My FH was in a wedding party like that- she only had 3 and he had 5, so two of the guys were ushers but matched the other 'wedding party' guys. Everyone was happy.

I dont think 6 is huge... i think thats average... i had an uneven bridal party... theres nothing wrong with that... if he wants these guys there then they should be...

I agree - he cant have one and not the others, they are all his best friends....
I just wasn't sure if it would be funny if i only have a few girls!
Also, my niece is going to only be 15 - is it appropriate to have her walk with one of the guys?? They are all over 30.... I feel funny about it - hmmm

My niece was 15 but we had my BIL who was 14 walk with her...
thats a tough one... i feel like I dont think it would be appropriate for her to walk with an adult...

my cousin got married on my 16th birthday and i was in her BP. she's 14 years older than me and I walked in with one of her friends who was like 35 years old at the time. it was a little awkward, but i mean, what are you gonna do.

sure it is! we were originally going to have more guys than girls and I was just going to have my brother walk with 2 of my girls

I think it is fine. Have a few people walking in by themselves or have 2 guys with 1 girl. I am sure it will look great. Dont worry about the little things.

It's OK, i was stressing over being uneven too but in the end it's OK. We haven't announced our BP yet either but looks like it'll be uneven.
