So I was talking to a friend at work who was complaining that when she got married, her bridal party didn' t help her plan at all. This made me start to wonder:
What exactly do you expect you bridal party to help with?
Obviously I want them to help my Mom and Sister plan the shower and bachelorette party,but what else are they supposed to do? I had some girls come with me to add stuff to my registry, and some girls come to do silly dress trying on, but most of the big stuff I feel like I want to do with FH...any thoughts on how to include them?

i guess just be there for me..however i am super duper controlling..and my best friend who is a bm knows how to deal with me and is actually the helpful person ever..but i dont expect things from people..
i tell them when im doing stuff and give them the option to go if they want..

shower and baclorette party... thats my feelings. I plan everything else with FH and family and the MOH leads the planning on shower and bach party...

I have no expectations and I'm glad I don't. I asked one of my cousins to be a bm and every time I send an email to my bridal party asking for opinions she never responds. I'm starting to get royally pissed.
