Do you give the exact same gifts to each bridesmaid or do you buy different gifts that mean something to the individual participating in the bridal party?
I see pros and cons of both, but I'm not sure.
TIA

I think you can do either. But to avoid any issues I got all the girls the same gift. Except the readers I got them something smaller.

I'm leaning towards that as well. I wouldn't want any drama.

Re: Bridal Party Gifts
I met my DH at a renaissance faire. He was working for a vendor called 'Ruths Royal Rags' the owner lady Ruth makes theses beautiful and pratical handbags, and no two are the same. So I bought my bags from her and then I went to traget, walmart, a candle store, etc... and put hand lotion, candle shaped like unicorns, a mini calender, and this really cute black and red photo album in each bag. So they were all a little different while being the same! The girls loved them. You can get them the same thing only make each one a little different. Maybe give them each a necklace with a different charm, or handbags only different colors. That way you have the best of both worlds!

I am getting the girls all the same thing, but I think we are going to get the guys something different to match each personality.

I kinda did different and same for each girl.
Each girl got the same bridal jewelry, and the same jewelry box, but each box was engraved with their name
Each girl got a photo frame that is personal btw the BM and myself w/ a picture of each other.
However, I put together a montage frame of my SIL and myself since we met, her wedding and my wedding planning.
For each girl, I bought an ornament that signified what they love to do. One girl is ballerina/ball room dancer, so I bought a glass ornament featuring a girl doing ballet. One girl loves playing hockey, so I bought her a winter ornament that showed a outdoor hockey rink, and my MOH loves getting ornaments of places she visits, so I bought a Port Jefferson ornament for her.
