I found this pic on an '07 brides review. I absolutely love these necklaces and I have to find them! They are a pearl strand in the front and tied by a colored ribbon in the back (thats what you see in the pic) anyone have any ideas where I can find it? Thanks!!
Have you thought about making them yourself? Micheals has a great selection of beads and necklace materials, and you can get your ribbons to closely match your BM's dresses.

Re: bridal party jewelry help
You can easily make them - if Michael's doesn't have the kind of pearl strand you want, just get a couple of pearl necklaces from Tri-County Flea Market (usually REALLY inexpensive - you may even find them there too!) and remove the clasp and use the extra material from the BMs' dresses' hems they remove when they get fitted... this way the material matches perfectly to your dresses!
