I got my dress there!! It hasn't come in yet, so I am anxiously awaiting for the call. I ordered it last May, and my wedding is in May 2002. I loved my experience there. Never once felt pressured. I had an awesome consultant, Kim, who listened to what I had to say. I showed her a few pictures of the dresses I had been eyeing in magazines, and each one she brought in was something I would have considered. I went in looking for a short sleeve ivory color gown, and ended up getting a strapless diamond white-color one from the Diamond Collection designed by Ada Athanassiou. I also got 10% off because I bought it during their trunk show. I had gone in three times before actually deciding on the dress and putting my deposit on it. Never once did I have a problem getting an appointment. But I did have to wait one night for one of those appointments, but things like that happen and I didn't let it get in the way of the nice service and consultant I had. Oh, and I went in with just pictures, and the consultant fitted me with a strapless bra and crinoline to try on with the dresses. I hadn't even thought of bringing them with me.

I just ordered my dress there this weekend. I dealt with Marni who was terrific. The first time I went there I didn't even have an appointment (went on the spur of the moment) and they were very courteous about it. My only negative is that they showed me a couple of dresses well outside my price range, of course it was one of those that I ordered:). Tell them you want to spend a little less than you actually want to and you should be ok. ps...they did bring the price down a couple of hundred dollars when I placed the order though. Good luck!

Wow.so many good posts about this place...Im thrilled since I too just ordered my gown from them yesterday. It was my first visit to their store and it was a wonderful experience. I too got 10% discount because it was a diamond collection trunk show and another 10% off from the owner because of the WTC tragedy..It was a good day..:) Im so glad you all had good experiences too!!

Had a problem ...but recommend...(long)

I ordered my dress and ordered customization (adding sleeves) through the vendor. Somehow, the factory didn't understand the sketch and directions, and they changed the entire top of the dress (and it was horrible). Because it came in only 3 weeks before my wedding, there was no time to send it to be redone. Bridal Reflections took responsibility for the sketch confusion (the salesperson was the one who found the dress and suggested the sleeves, etc. based on what I was looking for). The seamstress was a miracel worker and remade the dress to the orignal (except for the back which couldn't be done.) I ended up loving it and they never charged me anything more. The only complaint (other than the lateness) was the lack of fitting appointments available. I had to take 2 days off of work in order to fit it in the the short time frame. But they came through in the end.
