The one in Carle Place or Massapequa? Which one has more dress selctions? What about staff?

The one in Carle Place has more expensive dresses. I think it is bigger as well.

I think they both have a nice selection of dresses. The Carle Place tends to carry a more expensive line, however, the Massapequa store doesn't carry many under $1000. I think the staff at the Massapequa store tends to be friendlier because it is less busy than the Carle Place... JMO, from my own experience.
I ordered my gown from the Massapequa store and have been dealing with Gloria, she was wonderful to work with...

I went to the one in Carle Place. I didn't have a good experience. For one, after I told the lady what I was looking for she kept bringing me dresses that were completely opposite of what I wanted. I had to tell her the dresses I wanted from what I had seen in magazines because she was bringing me nothing like I asked. Also, when she pinned the dress in the back so I could get an idea of what it looked like one of the pins kept pinching my back....I went to go move it and she screamed at me not to touch the dress. My BM who was with me was horrified. All in all it was not a good experience and I thought they were pushy.

i went to the one in carle place to look for bm dresses and i honestly believe it just depends on which girl you get to help you.
okay granted the day i went it was busy and i had no appt. but our helper was completely inattentive. in fact after she hung the dresses in the room she disappeared for a really long time and kept us waiting around wondering where she went. also she claimed that we needed to order the dresses at the absolute latest by the end of feb. for a mid sept wedding. now i know you need a lot of time, but that sounded like a ploy to get us to buy right away esp since my sister wants to wait b/c she just had a baby. so anyway, we're going with netbride b/c they're cheaper and faster.
my mom on the other hand had a great experience with the woman who helped her and bought her dress there. so it just all depends. i guess if you have time you might as well go to both and see which you like better.

only wonderful experiences with bridesmaids dresses at carle place. we had a fabulous girl help us. she was very knowledgeable & patient.
i bought my gown at massapequa... so far so good! i told the woman the style i liked, she pulled about 6 dresses, i loved three of them & bought one on the spot!

I had 2 great experiences at BR- Carle Place. It was my first stop and I had NO clue what I was looking for. We worked with this little old lady named Lorraine who was really nice. She showed me a wide variety of dresses and then when I went to a few other stores and found one I liked I went back to BR. Christina, the buyer, worked with me on price and has been very nice even when I call to ask questions. I think it really depends on the salesperson you get but so far I've had great experiences! I went to both. The staff in Massepequa is friedlier. i found the staff at Carle Place to be rather pushy.

I had a great experience at the one in Carle Place...and they had an excellent and fairly large selection of dresses (more selection than any other store I went to so far).

If you go to Bridal Reflections in Carle Place ask for Patty. I think she is the only competant one there (spelling is incorrect).

I visited both salons as well. I had a great experiences. I bought in one and am having the fitting at the other for convenience. Patti is amazing and Rose at the Massapequa store was very helpfeul with finding the maching headpiece. I would see which one you feel most comfortable in. I was sent there by a recomendation from a friend who was also very happy at the Carle Place store. Have fun!

I went to both. I did not enjoy my experience with the Carle Place store, so I ended up buying my dress in Massapequa. The salesgirls there were wonderful. I found the Carle Place people to be pushier, the dresses were much more expensive, and they kept bringing me things that were completely not what I was asking for. The Massapequa store was were able to get the dress I wanted for a much lower price than it was listed for. I'd definitely recommend going there.

I've never been to the Bridal Reflections in Massapequa, but I did not like my experience in Carle Place. The staff was snotty and not very helpful. Even if I fell i love with a dress there, which I didn't, I would never have ordered with them.
