Re: Bridal Registry

We did Fortunoff's, Crate & Barrel, and Sur La Table. Pretty much all we have is kitchen stuff so far. I still can't find bedding I like, so we will probably have some stuff I was planning on putting on the registry that we will end up buying or we will add a 4th place.

Im not sure if I want to register for too much stuff, because I really want money!!

I did do a little registry on Macy's.com and JcPenny just for fun, but nothing offical.

yeah, but people don't give money at the bridal shower...so if you are having one than its a good idea to list a good ammount of stuff.

Re: Bridal Registry

I registered at Fortunoff - I got everything there. It was really easy, im still in the middle of it. I'm taking my time, and I have a Bridal Consultant that helps me scan some items that i had no clue about. (I dont know how to cook) They really know a lot about Home stuff.

My mom told me I had to get moving on the whole registry thing....

I think I am going to register at :

William Senoma
Pampered chef
BB& beyond
Fortune Off

I like to give options lol I know thats alot of places so I might not use BB& Beyond I have to go to the store w/FH

80'sbride...you're getting married a day before me

Do we really need to register this soon??? I though it should be done a few months before the wedding???

Usually 6 months before, bc showers are held about 3months before!

Re: Bridal Registry

I did because our E-Party is in June. Plus, a lot of my family keeps on asking where I am registered. Now, I can finally say I am! For now, we are at Fortunoffs. Later on, I will register at BBB.

I want BB&B & Williams & Sonoma. I used to want Target but I heard they have a really bad return policy.

i agree!!! i'm officially banning them.... its ridiculous that they will not take back more than two things in one year over $20- even if its on your registry and it was their fault people bought repeat gifts. one of my girlfriends told me that on her registry it said 'want one, received two'. they said that it was probably because the computers can be slow.... they didn't do anything about it though.

hahaha i guess i'll be getting her extra waffle iron for my shower!

Re: Bridal Registry

i definitely want to do BB&B and Fortunoff but I dont know about registering for another one on top of that... I dont want to see obnoxious, asking for so many gifts!

People who register at more than two places aren't necessarily obnoxious... I did it so that it was more convenient for others and so that people got better prices. I l also found many things I liked that I couldn't get at the same place. At first I only had three, but family members told me I should add more or else there wouldn't be enough.
