Bridal Salon - Thumbs WAY Down
So I happen to live a few blocks away from MY Daughters Wedding III in Great Neck. I knew they didnt have a great selection but I stopped in any way.
The customer service is HORRIBLE there! There were 2 saleswomen and 2 seamstresses there. It wasn't even crowded - maybe 2 other customers (that, BTW, were also not being tended to). They told me to pick out dresses...I did...on my own - they didn't accompany me, like most would.
I picked out 2 dresses and hung out for a little. Then a woman came by and asked if I picked out my dresses and if I pulled them out???!!! I told her that was her job, not mine. So she put them in a room...the first dress was a big 'no' so I didn't even come out. The second dress was ok...and I waited ...and waited for ANYONE to come by and help...then she came by and asked if I liked it or not (she also didn't care to tighten it with clips). I said I wasn't sure...and she couldn't care less to pull anymore that she thought I may like or give me her opinion....
I just decided to take the dress off and leave..on my way out, they said 'good luck'....it was like 'I dont have time to help you, maybe someone else will' type of thing...
Anyhow ladies, be warned, this salon BLOWS!
It was definitely a world of a difference form the wonderful treatment I got at the Bridal Salon of Manhasset.
