i have been looking at places myself.
check out charlie browns in commack...their packages start low.
also i dont know about pricing but olio's in commack also, yummy food.

i actually have a thread in 08 asking for shower locations to get ideas...let me find it for you..

We had my cousins wifes bridal shower at Sonoma Grll in Holbrook across from the Flea Market. The food is great and they give you great portions.

There is a Chinese buffet next to Cioa Baby in Commack. VERY REASONABLE and somewhat of a private room.

I had my shower there, it was great. the food was really good.

i'm not sure about pricing, but i have been to these places for showers and they did a great job:

three village inn, stony brook
bonwit inn, commack

Mine is at Bella Vita in St. James - great price.
