Is anyone still doing this?? If so, what are you giving your girls (or what is someone if your not the one purchasing it) giving your girls??
Everyone is telling me to do statues? But i really am not a fan of my mother giving them that.

i didnt plan my shower at all but my mom got all the girls purple feather boas and jewelry trees
then we asked them to wear the boas to the rehearsal dinner

my mom made my girls each a tank top in the color of their dress that says bridesmaid in rhinestones. they are going to wear them to get ready on the morning of

I never heard of this. I am not planning my shower but I will def have to inquire about this. Since I was the MOH for my sister's wedding I had gotten the BP the personalized tanks but I gave them to them the morning of so that way no one forgot them and we all had them on for some pictures.

u dont have to do it - ive been in many bridal parties where i didnt get any gifts at the shower

I dont think its necessary at all. My mom got the girls a t-shirt saying 'Bridesmaid' and such for the day of.

you dont have to get your girls bridal shower bridesmaid gifts, but you do get them a gift for being in ur bridal party in general. Now if you give it to them at the shower or rehersal dinner that is entirly up to you.
