I'm not sure about price, but I've been to Teapot in Bellmore. It's really adorable, but it's on the small side. Also try Chat Noir in RVC.

Bridal Shower tea party
I really want to do a tea for my Bridal Party the day of the rehearsal, but wanted to be able to have a glass(or two) on champagne! My bridal party is mostly out of town and this may be the first time they are all together.I have been looking into the Garden City Hotel, but sooooo expensive!

Re: Bridal Shower tea party
I really want to have a tea party for my cousins baby shower. She isn't due until July though so I haven't started calling anywhere yet. This place has a decent menu and it says it's a proper tea party. I am just wondering if they would switch out something and include a baby shower cake for dessert.Shandon Court
Robinson's Tea Room in Stony Brook is really adorable too and has great food but it is on the smaller side. Perfect for a small party.

I don't know how far you're willing to travel, but the tea cottage in Riverhead (I think) was really cute. It was reasonably priced, just not sure how many people it would hold.
