FH's sisters are going to Italy in August and won't be back until the end of May, so I know my shower won't be until June (I'm getting married in July).

my wedding is in february, im guessing the shower will be in january, but i could be wrong.. being that the couple months before the wedding will be busy with christmas and new years, i have no idea what theyre planning! i hope its soon though, im excited! lol

i was wondering when everyone is thinking there shower will be ... i was invited to a shower for the end of this month for someone who is getting married in Jan. at first i was like wow its early but then i thought well i guess its more convient for guests .... now they dont have to spend money on a shower gift then like month later have to buy a wedding gift ... i figure it gives people more time in between to save or not spend a lot of money at once ... now i am thinking about telling my mom and BBP to planit for like 5-6 months before the wedding ... do you think thats crazy?

well that does seem early but if she is having it at outside say at her house or soemthing like that I can understand why they would have it that early

I hadnt really thought about it much but im thinking since our wedding is in Aug my shower will prob be in the spring sometime

def spreading out the time could be a good idea so that they arent bombarded with a shower then a wedding right after, so i dont think youa re crazy. anything goes nowadays
