I ordered my dress through them and then saw all the negative posts.. i am keeping my fingers crossed, and trying not to freak out about it. What can you do, I fell for the dress not the people! and I am going to call them to follow up on delivery information often, based on what the girls here said.
They did have a lot of dresses. and although customer service is not great, I liked the women I dealt with originally. From what I can tell you have to go there during the week at night so it's not so busy. Different people have different experiences!

Staying on top of them is the best way to avoid problems.
Also, do you think you will need a lot of alterations? IF so, you may want to have them done somewhere else.
I didn't have a problem with my dress because it fit me perfectly except the straps had to be taken in. I saw quite a few unhappy BMs mostly who had trouble with alterations.
I did have trouble with my BM dresses coming in late but the alterations were OK.
Tuesdays and Thursdays are crazy there because that is the only time they do alterations. That's when the trouble starts.
Just try to have your dresses in early so you will have enough time to schedule your fittings.

I think I will need more than just a hem in alterations... I plan (hopefully) on losing about 20-30 lbs. Do you personally know people who have had alteration problems? Guess what, I called yesterday for the first time since ordering 1 month ago and was told the dress is due in in March! my date is may 4th, but they think it is april 4th. I told her I wasn't comfortable with the short time frame and she said not to worry, she's got 6 seamstress and they do this all the time. She was nice enough to me and insisted this was plenty of time! OH MY... My receipt has the alterations capped, does that mean if I go somewhere else for the alterations that I will have to pay them anyway?
