Bride Rant

Why is that when I specify that I want your pricing but prefer to be contacted via e-mail.. Vendors Stilllllllll call me?! So irritating!

** I do ask** to be contacted from the vendor..
Just in e-mail rather than by phone.
LOL just clarifying.

Some vendors think that it is more personal and better customer service to pick up the phone rather than hide behind emails and lose the personal contact.

I understand their reasoning.. It just stinks because I'm in school full-time and work full-time. So chances are, when they call.. I am either in class, at work, or driving to either one!
Just send me an e-mail and end the phone tag! LOL

I would suggest doing things through email whenever possible so there is no argument what was discussed, agreed upon, etc. Every time they call you, say that you're at work, at school, etc can't talk right now and reiterate that email is the best way to get in touch with you. It helps to look back to past conversations as you get closer to the wedding and start finalizing things.

they get ONE phone call back and say the only way we can contact is via email. if they cant respect that they they dont get my business.

and let them know that.

I have the same issues with vendor and refuse to work with those that cannot email. Taking phone calls all day and night is just not feasible for me.
