Hi all: I wast just wondering who is on the same boat that me and husband are. we are finally planning our wedding/vow renewal for next year on the anniversary of our civil ceremony. We are going to have a budget of about 8000 for the whole thing and i'm having trouble finding places that will charge 60pp or less with tax and gratuity included. 78 people, friday night. There's a place in Queens called...... forgive me, I'm not sure if it's the exact name, but it's The Immaculate Conception Center- & they'll do all the catering for you- and the room is nice. My friends just booked that for April '05 and I think they got around $50 p/p. Good luck!

Ther is a catering hall in queens Le Cordon Blue. They gave me a quote for $50 per person including tax for a saturdat wedding but it is in Jan. But I went with Leonards of Great Neck Much more Grand looking and charged me 60per person. But August is one of the more expensive times cause there are many weddings and parties that time of year.There are a lot of halls on northern blvd in queens and 3 in Howard beach. But stay away from Russos on the bay way to expensive unless you go for and afternoon buffet
