Bridesmaid colors

Have you asked your FI's opinion for the colors of the bridesmaid dresses. I mentioned that to someone at work and she was surprised. She said that should be the bride's choice.

I definitely didn't ask him, I did tell him what I decided though. That sounds so snoody but that is how it happened!

We talked about it but he honestly could care less what a bunch of girls wear ... I was more concerned with what the girls thought. I know he doesn't care what colors they wear. But yes, I included him in the discusion and got my confirmation that he didn't care :)

I picked the color on my own. I knew right away the color I was going to pick.. he couldnt care less. The only thing he did care about regarding the bm dresses were that they not be 'hoochie' dresses lol ( he knows how some of my friends can be sometimes )

Of course I did. It's his wedding too! I asked him which color he liked better. He's been helping me out a lot when it comes to details that I need help with.

I'm more asking what color he likes. Its his wedding too, so I would like them to be in a color that he likes.

I asked and he said...what's cheapest for them? I laughed and he said...don't they all have black dresses they could wear?

Anyway, we ended up going with David's Bridal separates because they could choose how much they wanted to spend. Also, we (my BM's and I) decided on a color together.

Well if he hates fuschia, I would avoid any hot pink dresses! ... yes, I think you should speak to him about what kind of colors you want in your wedding - flowers, dresses, centerpieces, etc ... most likely he'll say he doesn't care but guess what, if he hates blue, then personally I would make him happy and not do it - because, yes, it is his wedding too!

I asked him what color he liked and he said he didn't care that I could pick them. I told him I wanted pink and he said as long as the groomsmen didn't have to wear pinks vests he was OK with it.

I decided with my MOH (sister). We thought it was a color that everyone would look good in. (coral). I ran it passed my FI and he reacted just as I thought he would: 'sounds great' and 'I don't care as long as its a normal color!'

Sorta- I asked his opinion when I was considering a diffent dress & it didn't come in burgendy/wine/cranberry etc, but when i found this one, I just picked cranberry, but I think he already knew that's what I wanted.
We both like the color--its all over my apartment.

I decided on the color with my BMs. It didn't even dawn on me at the time to ask him. I was mostly concerned with picking a dress that they would like and possibly wear again. But he likes the color anyway. The dresses are steel blue (a blue-gray close to Windsor Blue). He loves blue and he loves gray so the color so it all worked out.

I think I told him the color I was thinking of. I didn't ask him or consult him, though. As long as it's not a hideous color, he wouldn't really care.
