Bridesmaid Cookies

Can alone let me know where you purchased Will you be my bridesmaid/ maid of honor cookies? I see alot online but wanted to know who anyone delt with and their experiences. Also, any other ideas for asking a bridesmaid/ maid of honor? I have seen the cards but wanted to know of any other creative ideas.

I invited each BM over for dinner and I put the question 'Will you be my bridemaid?' on a cake.
