ok ladies the horror of bridesmaid dress shopping is going to begin in January Im def not looking forward to it. but anyway....what are your thoughts on materials. I am having an august wedding and my dress is a silk taffeta (so its lighter than satin). My girls will be in black long gowns.
Should i have them go for chiffon or satin? i have a size 0 in the wedding party as well as a size 20 (if that makes a difference). I have been told chiffon looks better on larger girls bc it doesnt cling to them...but that its not as flattering on smaller girls.
any thoughts???

I think it's more based on style of dress than fabric. I've only ever had satin dress, and they have all looked nice on all of the girls in the wedding party.
But, since it's in August,
i'd definitely go with chiffon if you are choosing long black gowns.
