I agree - light blue would look fantastic for May! One of my favorite colors is periwinkle, but I opted to have my MOH and BM in black for practical reasons. My MOH and BM live in different states and have very different body types. On top of that, we think the BM is pregnant (she's getting tested by her doctor) and will be due right around the time of the wedding! (Whole other story). So she will be as pregnant as one could get or will have just had the baby, making finding a BM dress that fits very difficult. So to simplify things, I am having them wear black. They can buy their own dresses as long as the material is not shiny and is floor length.
Their bo-ks will look springy (blue and green hydrangeas with pale yellow and white flowers), so I hope this will work ok for May.

Im using wine colored dresses, just cuz I like the color.
I am getting married at the end of may and I am using a light blue color. (Sky Blue) I wanted to originally use an ice blue color but I was talked out of it for the reason that in pictures the color comes out washed out and white looking. I totally agree and am going with Sky blue.

Hello fellow May brides! I'm so excited to find this local (to my wedding location) board!
Just wanted to add that I am also doing blue for BM's dresses, photo has MK's wedding the same color and make my BM's will have. All are picking thier own individual top, with the same A-line skirt.
