bridesmaid dresses?

I am planning for an April 2014 wedding, I am unsure if I should pick a long or short dress for the bridemaids to wear as NY weather is typically cold but in recent years unpredictable.
Also wondering if anyone has seen any bridesmaid dresses that had some sort of sleeve rather than strapless/spagetti straps.

April is a hard month... so it could go either way. I'd say go with what you like best... or put your bridesmaids in something short and MOH in something long (or vice versa).

In terms of straps, I have seen thick off the shoulder straps, one shoulders and halters... but if you want sleeves you can always add cap sleeves or ask them to wear a bolero jacket or shall.

bridesmaid dresses?

I'm March of 2014 and while I haven't given any thought to what the dress will look like, I know I want them to be long. I like the look of long dresses in pictures better and some of the girls in my BP are self-conscious about their legs, so I don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable all day by forcing them to show off something they hate. Plus if it's cold out, they'll freeze being outside for pics in short dresses!

I picked out several Hi-low dresses and was told to either pick long or short.
I told my bm to pick several dresses they like that come in the colors i am considering and from there we will collectively make a decision.

Cap sleeves can be nice. Or you can even do like the dresses that go a little past your knees if you like.
