Bridesmaid Gifts?

Bridesmaid Gifts?

Yes, yes, I know I need to get on this!

But I'm having such a hard time!

I'm def getting them a custom clutch on Etsy. But the one I ordered months ago is going through a dispute right now. SO I'm waiting till Friday to see if I should order through another seller meanwhile.

But I would like to add to it. Any suggestions?

I don't really want to do jewelry because I'll rather not get them costume jewelry. But there's no budget for something nice.

What do you think of this purse mirror?

Is it worth $30 tho???

I'm also paying for their day of hair & makeup.

Thanks!

I like it, but honestly for $30 I'd probably never use it. I just use the mirror on my powder. It's pretty, but I don't think it's worth that much.

We're doing beach themed gifts--beach bags with a towel, suntan lotion and a beach book, plus day of earrings

I like it but I don't think I would use it. We got the girls...

spa gc's
bridesmaid wine
ballet flats
flowers pins for their hair
and then my MOH's I am getting a pair of earrings

The mirror is beautiful but $30 is a lot. Got mine:
DOJ (brac and earrings)
Custom Etsy purses
Philosophy Thank You body wash from Sephora
LL Bean Totes to carry everything

MOH has special Earrings, got her shoes, makeup/hair and something else (just haven't decided! Ha)

I agree with the above girls. And you can find a lot of the things they listed for the $30 range.

It is nice though.. I just don't think they would get as much use out of it for $30 as they could with another gift item.

I think $30 is a lot for that. Sorry.

I got mine coach wristlets, bath and body works gift set and a BM/MOH candle. May get MOH DOJ but it depends on budget.

Thanks ladies!

I do agree that $30 is a lot for that. And I doubt they would use it too. Guess I was just looking for confirmation.

I've been keeping my eye out for a 'tote' to hold everything in too in lieu of a 'gift bag'.

Just haven't found the 'right' one yet.

The guys were SO much easier!

i found my totes at christmas tree shop. really BIG pink beach bags. they held sooo much. and i have seen most of the girls use them since. they are just so handy for wknd trips or long day beach trips. definitely check christmas tree shoppe or places like that! (oh, best part - they were on sale for like $3!!)

I was wondering the same thing... I just placed an order with an etsy seller with great reviews for a satin clutch with their names monogrammed on the lining on the inside, like $25 a bag..

Do share the seller!

The one I used was mollusa. I do NOT recommend her at this point in time. Given she had close down her shop yesterday, I don't know if it's temporary or not.

maybe an engraved jewelry box? $30 seems like a lot for just a mirror.

Re: Bridesmaid Gifts?

i wouldn't do the compacts... they're $$ and prob would never get used

i also prob wouldn't do the tote since you're already getting them a clutch... too many bags

there are some really good etsy sellers that can make you real jewelry (i got my girls pearls from an etsy seller) for around that price range!
