Are you guys making you bridesmaids wear their hair a certain was, nothing crazy but like all up or all down? I'm thinking I want them to wear there hair back since I am planning on wearing my hair down... am I being bridezilla?

I'm letting the girls do what they want. Some ppl look bad with certain hair styles and I wouldn't want to make that decision for my girls.

I don't think it's bridezilla of you, but I would be super annoyed if I was forced to wear my hair a certain way if I didn't like that way. Personally, I *hate* wearing my hair up at all, even half up (though I will for my own wedding because otherwise it will be too difficult to control), because it is long and thick and heavy. So, if I was told that I had to wear my hair in an updo I wouldn't be too happy. I think that if you want to make them wear their hair a certain way, you should pay for it... to ask a BM to pay $100 or whatever for a hairdo they don't want would be unfair, I think...
Then again, I'm not forcing anyone to get their hair or makeup done, even though I would prefer that they did.

im not paying for them, but im letting them chose, bc they know how they like their hair best, i want them to feel comfortable and like themselves....
i just said no side ponytails bc thats what im doing

no i dont think you are being a bridzilla. I am not caring how my girls do thier hair as long as it looks good. i know cant have them all have it up since one of my girls has real short hair and there is no way to put it up

I didn't ask them to wear their hair a certain way. My BMs know what works for them, and some are really picky. I would not want them to be unhappy/uncomfortable with how they look on that day. I probably wouldn't be happy if I was a BM and was told I had to wear my hair a certain way.
Trust me, you are the bride...you will stand out no matter how their hair is done
