Help!! I really want my bridesmaids to wear strapless dresses. My best friend - who is large-chested does not want to wear one. I want her to be comfortable, but I really would like a strapless dress. I have a really big chest too - and I certainly have dealt with strapless dress situations. I know a lot of you will suggest to let her get a different style - however I am planning on having my bridesmaids wear the same dress - in different pastel shades - so if you start changing the actual dress - there is no uniformity and it doesn't look like right anymore! We haven't gone looking yet - this is just a conversation we were having. Any advice? Thanks!!

I think it is mean to make someone wear a strapless dress if they are not comfortable. I am sorry- I am sure you have a vision in your head, but if she is uncomfortable with the way she feels and/or looks, it is not fair to make her wear one.

I have the same problem as you. One of my BM is large and will on wear the strapless dress... She said to me 'No Way... Unless you want me to look stupid on your wedding day' But when I asked her to be my BM she told me ' I will wear anything you want even if it has big puffy sleeves.. IT'S YOUR WEDDING'... Well she sure changed her mind on that one..
