Do your bm's plan on getting their make up done for your wedding? Everyone I've checked out has a minimum and my BM's don't want to pay $100 (which is the cheapest I found) to get their make up done, and I don't blame them! What are your BM's doing?

ahhh this is exactly what i am trying to figure out now too...Well I am gonna pay for my MOH's make up and hair and also my mom. The rest of my bm's not sure if they'll get make up, some i think will but i know not all will...I have one bm who never wears make up and hates it, she wont want to wear that much.
One person i looked up had a package deal and that would include as many bm's...it would come out to less for them if we did this but only if they all do it...well less than if they would get charged individually

well my BM is a make up artist so she is doin gmine and my sister (moh) and my moms makeup that day. SHe will sleep ove rmy house and go with us to get our hair done together and then do our make up. not sure about everyone else. They might want her to do theres also. But that is alot for one person to do.

I plan on getting airbrush but I dont want my Bm to have the same look....I would have to hire someone else for them. Is that bad>?

I'm going to give my BM's a choice. If they want their hair and makeup done, they have to let me know so I can book the salon, but they have to pay. I don't care if some of them don't have their hair/makeup done professionally, but if they want to pay then they can.
But I do plan on paying for my MOH (as part of her gift)

i think they are just going to do their own make because they are already spending $ as it is. if they want to pay for it...its fine with me but i wont be mad if they dont.

no she wouldn't expect them to pay it...Jess is asking bc most make up artists require a minimum of people usually 3 and up...Many wont do just the bride...But she is asking bc she wants to see who she should have trials with bc if its someone who has a high minimum then she wont book without knowing if her girls would like this.
It would be just their choice only, some might want to do this...If i were in a bridal party, and they had a make up artist come id pay to get it done.
Also just her seeing typically do bm's want their make up done

I'm leaving it up to BM's to do whatever they want but I am going to offer to pay for their makeup. The hair & makeup people that I booked with have a 3 person minimum each. I will easily meet the 3 person minimum (me, mom and MOH for sure) The other girls can do whatever they want, but I do hope that they use the women that I hired.

I used Jacqueline Nicole--and she has no minimum. BP make up is $65 a person of $90 if you want airbrush. My girls got sooo many compliments on their makeup that day.
I just went ahead and paid for their make up as part of their gift.
i have a small bp so im going to try to pay for it but if i cant then they are on their own....;
i was in a wedding were the bride required us to all go to the same salon and get out hair done allt he same way.... it was really expensive and she didnt even help pay for it... i really resented that. So If i cant pay the bms are free to do what they want getting in professionally done or not.

wow that's shady! i felt bad wanting my girls to get their hair and make up done...cause i wanted to make sure they didn't look 'washed out' in the pics. that's why i paid for it! but i told them i didn't care how their hair was!
can't believe your friend went bridezilla on you and did that!

Yeah there was a thread yesterday about jacqueline nicole, and a few girls said they called her but she wont do queens ...i was interested in her, 1 of 3 make up artists i liked but guess thats out of the question now
