bridesmaids gifts need advice?

help, i have 7 bm 1 moh and 1 flower girl and i havent gotten their gifts yet, i dont know what to do because im really low on cash- my wedding is only 34 days away!! I want to get them something nice but not too expensive any suggesstions??

What color are you BM dresses? MY SIL gave us all stud earring with stones that matched our gowns. The looked really cute. I am not sure where she got them though.

I am getting mine all black wraps that match their dresses and not sure what else yet.

You do not have to get them all the same thing. Why not get them something that each will really love? I am doing monogrammed bathrobes with bath products for each of my girls. I am not a fan of jewerly that only matches the dress, as I feel that is partof the wedding day outfit not a great thankyou gift. But if you know that one of your girls loves silver, you can get her silver earrings. If another loves to read, get her a special book that you know she will love.
You can also get pretty photo frames, monogrammed. Or photo albums.

I just bought mine this weekend. We got them silver earrings from Tiffany's. It is hard to get them all different things. I was worried they may like someone else's gift better than their own.

Do you work in Manhattan?

On 5th Avenue around 29th Street there is a store that sells silver and marcasite at wholesale prices. They have a bunch of Tiffany designs (obviously not really from Tiffany but the same style) for very reasonable prices. You can buy some high end jewelry boxes online and wrap them nicely.

i dont work in manhatten but i am going to go there this weekend ill check them out while im there. i think im def going with jewelry now.

I don't know if they are open on the weekends. They are pretty much a wholesale shop but will sell retail as well. Make sure you ask for the wholesale price and bring cash. There are a bunch of other shops right around there but they are not as easily persuaded to sell retail.

Maybe but i think the jewelry district sells mostly diamonds and other jems so your silver selection might be a lot more limited.
